My Review:

This CD is so relaxing and soothing and really helps you change your way of thinking. It talks about why you might be holding onto extra weight, and through soft music and visualization, it teaches you how to change it. I thought this was a great CD, and it feels like they really understand weight gain and want to help you lose it. I recommend this CD for all that need relaxation and want to lose weight.

I had a little bit of trouble when I got this, call me momentarily technologically challenged, but my husband did figure out how to use it - I hate to admit that, sometimes he is just smarter than me when it comes to gadgets.

Once we figured it out though, it was rather easy to maneuver and a little bit of fun. Check out this pic of my hubby using it...

I would recommend this for anyone that loves to take pictures of themselves for Instagram or just to let followers know what you're up to. It's a rather handy tool and makes it very, very easy to take a selfie.
